I have a Dyna Generator, model DL6000HE/A, part number 16079-005. The unit has sat for some time without being used. I was able to get the Honda engine running after cleaning the fuel system. The generator has very low AC volts from the receptacle. I flashed the field from the on board 12 Volt battery and was able to get full power output. Once shutdown and restarted the generator had zero output again, when reflashed it’s fine. I’m assuming that there is a capacitor that needs to be changed or am I missing something. If so where is it located and how do I remove it ? Thank you for your time !
