Salary Range: $55,000 – $85,000

As part of the Design Engineering Team, you will:
• Be responsible for the design of new generator set projects and modification of previous designs
• Work closely with the WINCO Team including Sales, operations, purchasing, and production

• Organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• 3D CAD Modeling and 2D detail drawings
• Proficiency in sheet metal design and large assembly management
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing and design for assembly principles
• SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD background
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ Years of Design Engineering experience preferred

• Finite Element Analysis
• ERP System (Epicor)
• SolidWorks PDM
• Knowledge of combustion engines and basic electricity
• Ability to work with hand tools or machine tools

Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm


Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000

Under the supervision of the Product Support Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will:
• Develop and implement solutions for manufacturing issues that arise
• Monitor and develop quality control procedures for manufacturing processes
• Develop proposals for equipment, process flow improvements, and production methods
• Conduct work flow analysis and make recommendations for improvements along with develop work flow procedures for new and existing products
• Coordinate outside resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in an engineering capacity related to sheet metal processing, fabrication, manufacturing, and materials
• Solidworks and/or AutoCAD background
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelors of Science Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent experience

• Strong mechanical background
• Experience with Epicor manufacturing system
• Three to five years experience in a manufacturing/engineering post degree

Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm


Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000

Under the supervision of the Factory Support Supervisor, the Sr. Buyer will:
• Be responsible for maintaining target raw material inventory levels
• Negotiate pricing & ensure materials are on time
• Be responsible for the return of defective purchased materials & managing suppliers
• Maintain purchasing data within the company systems
• Reporting duties including: weekly inventory reports, weekly purchase order variance reports, weekly inventory value reports, monthly scrap & rework reports, monthly cycle count adjustment reports.
• Interact with internal staffing: Engineering, Sales, Service, Operations, & Administration

• Maintain supplier agreements & scorecards
• Monitor & execute requirements to expedite & defer purchased items for the production schedule
• Negotiate vendor pricing & contracts
• Submit credit applications to new suppliers & negotiate payment terms
• Identify economic method for delivery of products
• Purchase inventory from approved suppliers
• Qualify & select suppliers for engineering projects
• Determine if products meet required codes and certificates
• Work with Engineering on new product developments to ensure minimum manufacturing lead times
• Maintain targeted inventory levels in raw material, subassemblies, WIP & finished goods
• Return defective materials to suppliers for credit, evaluation & create corrective action reports
• Monitor supplier liability insurance file
• Identify obsolete raw materials & subassemblies. determine if inventory should be moved to Service warehouse or scrapped
• Work well within a team of professionals & independently
• Operate with the utmost attention to safety of self & others
• Other duties as assigned

• Four to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience
• Mastered negotiation skills
• Able to interpret, analyze & negotiate costing elements
• Analytical & problem solving expertise
• Excellent organizational, planning & follow-up skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Sufficient knowledge of electrical & mechanical components
• Successful new product development experience
• Experience with generator technologies
• Experience with Epicor operating system
