SERVICE MANAGER

Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000

Under the supervision of the Customer Relationship Manager, the Service Manager will:
• Be responsible for supervising and training the Service Team
• Provide opportunities for development of the Service Team by supporting dealer development including parts sales, troubleshooting, and warranty
• Support and grow the WINCO dealer base by training new and existing service dealers

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Resolve any complaints and address the needs of the dealer base
• Provide knowledge and training to the dealer base by conducting and participating in Service Classes
• Periodic travel with the Account Management team required to build and promote effective partnerships in territories
• Be the voice as the company’s technical expert
• Provide technical support, both internal and external
• Work with the Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction through proper follow up and communication
• Collaborate with all departments to resolve customer concerns
• Ensure cases are flowing and resolved effectively
• Meet with the Service Team regularly to review department operations and efficiencies, and employee matters
• Review monthly reports and provide feedback to management
• Lead and manage all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive
• Ensure all team members are committed to creating solutions and long-term relationships with customers
• Participate with Parts growth strategy
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree or 3-4 years of related experience or combination of education and experience
• Ability to work autonomously, self-direct daily activities, lead by example, and take initiative
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

PREFERRED
• Good knowledge of electrical principles
• 2-4 years people management

CONTROLLER

The Finance Controller will work with sales, operations, engineering, and other administrative personnel to provide insightful analysis to promote sound business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage all accounting operations, including, billing, A/R, A/P, and GL
• Create and manage budgets
• Establish and maintain financial controls within the accounting department
• Ensure quality control over all financial transactions and reporting
• Prepare monthly financials
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Coordinate, train, and manage our accounting staff
• Responsible for employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 to 7 years of combined accounting and finance experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Experience creating financial statements, GL functions, and month/year-end process

• Ability to work in a team environment

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Salary Range: $23-27/hr

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000

• Design the functional systems of new generator set projects. This includes specifying major components, calculating and validating performance
• Overseeing projects through completion
• Work closely with the WINCO team, including sales, operations, purchasing, and production

JOB DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES
• Develop the functional (system) design of gensets
• Spec major components of gensets including engine, alternator, controls, etc.
• Perform calculations for output, enclosure size, fuels and def consumption
• Develop engineering requirements
• Develop functional design and handoff to design engineer for completion
• Develop concept models and test plans
• Oversee project as it flows through the process
• Perform prototype testing and CAs
• Work to exceed WINCO’s quality and safety standards

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines and basic electrical concepts
• Basic 3D CAD Modeling and 2D detail drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience in programming and implementing controls (Deep Sea preferred)

• Electrical controls and control wiring
• 2-year degree in engineering, electrical or engine-related field
• 4+ years of related experience

SENIOR BUYER

Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000

Under the supervision of the Factory Support Supervisor, the Sr. Buyer will:
• Be responsible for maintaining target raw material inventory levels
• Negotiate pricing & ensure materials are on time
• Be responsible for the return of defective purchased materials & managing suppliers
• Maintain purchasing data within the company systems
• Reporting duties including: weekly inventory reports, weekly purchase order variance reports, weekly inventory value reports, monthly scrap & rework reports, monthly cycle count adjustment reports.
• Interact with internal staffing: Engineering, Sales, Service, Operations, & Administration

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain supplier agreements & scorecards
• Monitor & execute requirements to expedite & defer purchased items for the production schedule
• Negotiate vendor pricing & contracts
• Submit credit applications to new suppliers & negotiate payment terms
• Identify economic method for delivery of products
• Purchase inventory from approved suppliers
• Qualify & select suppliers for engineering projects
• Determine if products meet required codes and certificates
• Work with Engineering on new product developments to ensure minimum manufacturing lead times
• Maintain targeted inventory levels in raw material, subassemblies, WIP & finished goods
• Return defective materials to suppliers for credit, evaluation & create corrective action reports
• Monitor supplier liability insurance file
• Identify obsolete raw materials & subassemblies. determine if inventory should be moved to Service warehouse or scrapped

PAINTER B

Salary range: $20-28/hr

With the Department Supervisor, the Paint B will:
• Hang parts or take parts off of the racks
• Perform silk screen process
• Move paint carts in & out of the oven

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Apply powder paint to parts so that the surface has consistent thickness of 2mm
• Operate with the utmost attention to safety of self & others
• Clean paint booth & keep equipment in good working order
• Work well within a team of professionals & independently
• Comply & align daily tasks while meeting deadlines
• Work to exceed WINCO’s quality & safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Know how to perform silk screen process successfully
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, & prioritize tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
• Stand for long period of times

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Six months to one year of silk screening experience
• Knowledge of mixing ink, general spray, & powder painting
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

PUNCH PRESS MACHINE OPERATOR

Salary range (1st shift): $22-29/hr
Salary range (3rd shift): $22-29/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential

Under the supervision of the Factory Supervisor, this position is responsible in supporting the Punch Press/Machine Department.  The Operator will:
• Utilize a variety of machines, including lasers, shears, CNC brake presses, and turret presses to produce parts according to WINCO standards in quality.
• Interpret drawings, job routings, and tooling instructions
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Set up jobs/presses with little supervision
• Utilize mathematical skills daily and apply them to blueprints, templets, and other precision tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge or experience in CNC machinery is preferred
• Knowledge of electrical components and currants
• Knowledge or experience with manual presses and turret presses

HOURS OF WORK
1st shift – Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
3rd shift – Monday through Thursday 2:00am – 12:30pm


FINAL ASSEMBLER

Salary Range: $18-25/hr

• Complete assembly of 2kW to 350kW generator units, including portable, air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and PTO builds
• Operate assembly-related machines and equipment such as overhead hoists, power tools, and torque wrenches
• Responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards
• Builds from blue prints or specifications while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Preform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Successfully and safely operate hand and foot staplers, hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to read blueprints accurately
• Must be able to operate saws, nail guns, and read a tape measure
• Manufacturing experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge in overhead lift operation
• Knowledge of electrical components and currants
• Knowledge of machine assembly with large and small components
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm


MATERIAL HANDLER

Salary Range: $18-24/hr

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Material Handler will:
• Load and unload trucks
• Place materials in bins or storage areas for various requesting departments
• Pick parts for production jobs prior to their need
• Be responsible for the counting, sorting, and identifying of parts and materials
• Be versatile & cross train in shipping/receiving along with drive a forklift

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Drive forklift or able to be trained
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge is preferred
• One or two years of forklift experience preferred
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm


SUB-ASSEMBLER

Salary range: $18-23/hr

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub-Assembler will:
• Be responsible for assembling small, moderately complicated units and components
• Read blueprints and drawings to compose proper boards and materials
• Be responsible for the tear-down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances
• Create product that will stand up to strict inspection standards

JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
• Have knowledge on how to utilize cordless drills, tape measures, and other tools required to assemble
•Have organizational skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Candidate will know how to read blueprints, drawings, and understand units of measurement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge
• Six months to a year of experience reading electrical blueprints
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting
