Welder
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the welder is responsible for setting up fixtures and welds to standards. The welder will read from blueprints and follow exact specifications. The welder will create high quality welds on items subject to heavy stress and high pressure.
Final Assembler
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, as a Final Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of 2kW to 350kW generator units, including, portable, air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and PTOs. You will operate machines and equipment such as overhead hoists, power tools, and torque wrenches. You will be responsible of tear-down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards. You will be required to build from blueprints and follow specifications while assuring accuracy and maintaining attention to detail. You will also assist other departments as needed.
