You may wish to take it to a local small engine repair shop to have it worked on. We don’t have shop manuals available for old Wisconsin engines.
Jeb, the manual is on this page. Click on “Operators Manual” in the table. They were built in the 1970’s. There is a date code after the serial number xxxxx. Following the letter for the month is the year built.
