Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist end users with all IT related issues.
  • Procure, configure, and install new PCs, printers, and servers.
  • Administer and maintain IP Phone Systems.
  • Assist with website maintenance.
  • Act as project manager, working with external providers to execute system implementations and manage change control.
  • Ensure appropriate processes are in place for back-ups, data protection, and disaster recovery.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in WAN, LAN, SAN, firewall configurations, internet, Active Directory, VM, file and print management services.
  • ERP System Administration experience.
  • Ability to excel in an independent, self-directed environment.


We are looking for a qualified account manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in your specific territory.

As an account manager, you will work to satisfy customers’ product needs, respond to their inquiries in a timely manner and strive to achieve a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to earn new and repeat business by building successful, long-term client relationships.


  • Maintain acceptable levels of professionalism at all times
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with customers; act as their point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions in your territory

  • Provide accurate quotations and process orders in a timely manner


  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Electrical/mechanical knowledge a plus, but willing to train
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment is a plus – Generators, Electric Motors, Compressors, Gas/Diesel Engines, HVAC, etc.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

  • Complete assembly or sub-assembly of small moderately complicated units and components
  • Operate assembly-related machines and equipment
  • Responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards
  • Works from drawings or specifications
  • Trains or assists other operators
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete assembly of 2kw to 350kw generator units. This includes Portable, Air Cooled, Water Cooled and PTO builds
  • Operate assembly-related machines and equipment, such as overhead hoists, power tools and torque wrenches
  • Responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards
  • Must have some electrical and mechanical ability
  • Works from blueprints or specifications
  • Trains or assists other operators
  • Performs other duties as assigned
