In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembler is responsible for assembly of 2KW to 350KW generator units including portable, air cooled, water cooled, and PTO builds. The Final Assembler operates machines and equipment such as overhead hoist, power tools, and torque wrenches.  The Final Assembler is responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards.  The Final Assembler will build from blue prints and follow specifications while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.  The Final Assembler also assists other operators, engineers, and departments as needed.

PRODUCTION SUPPORT – SERVICE DEPT

The Product Support Associate will gather and provide thorough documentation and customer feedback of issues to be entered into company databases.  The Product Support Associate will treat customers with complete dignity and respect at all times. The Product Support Associate takes phone calls and emails from Winco dealers and owners of Winco Generator Sets, and assists customers with troubleshooting and repair of Winco Generator Sets and Accessories based on symptoms.

PART SALES

In collaboration with the Service Manager.  The Part Sales position keeps the part information up to date in the Epicor system.  The Part Sales oversee parts and sales growth within the company by setting up new vendors and create PO’s for dropship.  Part Sales will assist customers with troubleshooting and repairing of generators based on symptoms received via telephone or email.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

In collaboration with the Service Manager.  The Warranty Administrator will process claims threw the process of case flow.  This position will assist customers with troubleshooting and repairing of Winco Generator Sets and Accessories based on symptoms received via telephone or email.

MATERIALS PLANNER

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Materials Planner will be responsible for supporting the purchasing and planning departments while purchasing assigned materials, monitoring the status of both purchased and manufactured parts, and aligning with production to meet customer demands.

MASTER SCHEDULER

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Master Scheduler will be responsible for leading successful initiatives to ensure production planners and buyers can support the production schedule.

SENIOR BUYER

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining target raw material inventory levels.  The Sr. Buyer will negotiate pricing and ensure materials are on time.  They will also return defective purchased materials and manage suppliers.  The Sr. Buyer will also maintain purchasing data within the company systems.  Reporting duties include weekly inventory receipt report, weekly PO variance report, weekly inventory value report, monthly scrap and rework report, and monthly cycle count adjustment report.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Under the supervision of the President, the CRM will be responsible for supervising and training the Sale and Marketing Team.  The CRM will also provide opportunities for development of the Sale and Marketing Team by identifying markets, executing sales plans, and forecasting.  The CRM will support and grow the Winco dealer base by building existing and new relationships while also identifying areas of opportunity by monitoring tactical markets.

SERVICE & PARTS ASSOCIATE

Candidate will work closely with Service Department Team Members to learn Winco Product Lines past and present.  Candidate will learn to navigate Company Website and Literature efficiently.  Candidate will field customer Calls/Emails and enter Parts Orders, Provide Technical/Troubleshooting Assistance, and forward calls to other Team Members as appropriate.  Candidate will receive training on programming Genset Control Modules & Governor Controllers. Other departmental duties and opportunities as directed by the Service Manager.

PAINTER

In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Painter will apply powder paint to parts at consistent thickness.  The Painter will hang parts or take parts off of the racks.  The Painter will perform silk screen process and move paint carts in and out of the oven.

SUB ASSEMBLER

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub Assembler is responsible for assembling small moderately complicated units and components.  The Sub Assembler will read blueprints and drawings to compose proper boards and materials.  The Sub Assembler is responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances.  The product the Sub Assembler creates will stand up to strict inspection standards.
