SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues in the field by troubleshooting over the phone
  • Parts support
  • Price quotation and part availability
  • Hands on troubleshooting and repair in support of manufacturing operations and warranty returns

Requirements:

  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • A strong mechanical and basic electrical background is required
  • Motivated, self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and communication skills are required
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office is a must

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist end users with all IT related issues.
  • Procure, configure, and install new PCs, printers, and servers.
  • Administer and maintain IP Phone Systems.
  • Assist with website maintenance.
  • Act as project manager, working with external providers to execute system implementations and manage change control.
  • Ensure appropriate processes are in place for back-ups, data protection, and disaster recovery.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in WAN, LAN, SAN, firewall configurations, internet, Active Directory, VM, file and print management services.
  • ERP System Administration experience.
  • Ability to excel in an independent, self-directed environment.

MATERIAL HANDLER

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Move materials to using departments, load onto trucks or place materials in bins or storage areas
  • Pick parts for the counting, sorting, & identifying of parts and materials
  • Loads and unloads baskets, racks, or conveyors for production
  • Consistently maintains accurate product identification and proper count
  • Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds
  • Must have forklift experience or ability to be trained
  • May load conveyors or production lines
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Cross-train in the shipping and receiving departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned

SUB-ASSEMBLER

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete assembly or sub-assembly of small, moderately complicated units and components
  • Operate assembly-related machine & equipment
  • Responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards
  • Works from drawings or specifications
  • Train or assist other operators
  • Performs other duties as assigned
