FINAL ASSEMBLER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembler is responsible for assembly of 2KW to 350KW generator units including portable, air cooled, water cooled, and PTO builds. The Final Assembler operates machines and equipment such as overhead hoist, power tools, and torque wrenches. The Final Assembler is responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards. The Final Assembler will build from blue prints and follow specifications while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. The Final Assembler also assists other operators, engineers, and departments as needed.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with CFO and/or Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing and accounting for all credit extended and cash received in accordance with company policies. This job also has important tasks as part of the month closing process.

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Service Manager. The Warranty Administrator will process claims threw the process of case flow. This position will assist customers with troubleshooting and repairing of WINCO Generator Sets and Accessories based on symptoms received via telephone or email. The Warranty Administrator will support customers with engine troubleshooting as well as electrical generator end troubling shooting. Thorough documentation of the issues will be entered in the Epicor system. The Warranty Administrator will treat customers with complete dignity and respect. The Warranty Administrator will take ownership of each product failure and help follow through until the problem is corrected. Help provide prompt and accurate feedback to the organization on improvements. The Warranty Administrator position will be involved in providing continuous training initiatives to improve our service network’s capabilities.
