SUB-ASSEMBLY
Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub Assembler is responsible for assembling small to moderately complicated units and components. This includes reading blueprints and drawings, composing boards and materials, and performing teardown, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to precise tolerances. Products created must meet strict inspection standards.

PUNCH PRESS
Under the supervision of the Factory Supervisor, this position supports the Punch Press/Machine Department. The Operator will utilize a variety of machines—including lasers, shears, CNC brake presses, and turret presses—to produce metal parts according to Winco’s quality standards. The role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety procedures while collaborating with internal departments as needed.

MATERIAL HANDLER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Product Support Manager, the Material Handler will place materials in bins or storage areas along with various requesting departments. The Material Handler will pick parts for production jobs prior to their need. The Material Handler will be responsible for the counting, sorting, and identifying of parts and materials. The Material Handler will be versatile and cross train in shipping/receiving along with drive forklift.

PAINT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Painter will apply powder paint to parts at consistent thickness. The Painter will hang parts or take parts off of the racks. The Painter will perform silk screen process and move paint carts in and out of the oven.

FINAL ASSEMBLY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembler is responsible for assembling generator units, including portable, air-cooled, water-cooled, and PTO builds. This role involves operating machines and equipment such as overhead hoists, power tools, and torque wrenches. The Final Assembler performs teardown, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning tasks to meet strict tolerances and inspection standards, while following blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. The Final Assembler also collaborates with other operators, engineers, and departments as needed.
