SUB ASSEMBLER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub Assembler is responsible for assembling small moderately complicated units and components. The Sub Assembler will read blueprints and drawings to compose proper boards and materials. The Sub Assembler is responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances. The product the Sub Assembler creates will stand up to strict inspection standards.

MATERIAL HANDLING
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Material Handler will place materials in bins or storage areas along with various requesting departments. The Material Handler will pick parts for production jobs prior to their need. The Material Handler will be responsible for the counting, sorting, and identifying of parts and materials. The Material Handler will be versatile and cross train in shipping/receiving along with drive forklift.

PUNCH PRESS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the leadership team, this position is responsible for all roles in the fabrication department. The employee will utilize a variety of machines, but not limited to, laser, shear, CNC brake press, turret press, drill press, spot welder, wire feed welder, band saw, and measuring equipment. The employee will fabricate parts efficiently and maintain a neat and orderly work area.

FINAL ASSEMBLER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembler is responsible for assembly of generator units including portable, air cooled, water cooled, and PTO builds. The Final Assembler operates machines and equipment such as overhead hoist, power tools, and torque wrenches. The Final Assembler is responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection/efficiency standards. The Final Assembler will build from blue prints and follow specifications while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. The Final Assembler also assists other operators, engineers, and departments as needed.

SALES ENGINEER

SERVICE ASSOCIATE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Candidate will work closely with Service Department Team Members to learn Winco Product Lines past and present. Candidate will learn to navigate Company Website and Literature efficiently. Candidate will field customer Calls/Emails and enter Parts Orders, Provide Technical/Troubleshooting Assistance, and forward calls to other Team Members as appropriate. Candidate will receive training on programming Genset Control Modules & Governor Controllers. Other departmental duties and opportunities as directed by the Service Manager.
