ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Salary Range: $23-27/hr

• Build and test prototypes and pilots, assisting in the development of new generator sets
• Will work closely with the WINCO team including sales, operations, purchasing and production.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build prototypes and test fixtures
• Perform prototype tests
• Maintain R&D tools and facility
• Assist factory with pilot builds
• Provide support to factory personnel
• Work to exceed WINCO’s quality and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines & basic electrical concepts
• Welding & basic fabrication
• Testing/troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
• Problem solving
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years of related experience

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 year degree in engineering, electrical or engine-related field
• CNC programming/machining
• 4+ years of related experience
• Basic CAD/SolidWorks

Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm


APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000

• Design the functional systems of new generator set projects. This includes specifying major components, calculating and validating performance
• Overseeing projects through completion
• Work closely with the WINCO team, including sales, operations, purchasing, and production

JOB DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES
• Develop the functional (system) design of gensets
• Spec major components of gensets including engine, alternator, controls, etc.
• Perform calculations for output, enclosure size, fuels and def consumption
• Develop engineering requirements
• Develop functional design and handoff to design engineer for completion
• Develop concept models and test plans
• Oversee project as it flows through the process
• Perform prototype testing and CAs
• Work to exceed WINCO’s quality and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines and basic electrical concepts
• Basic 3D CAD Modeling and 2D detail drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience in programming and implementing controls (Deep Sea preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Electrical controls and control wiring
• 2-year degree in engineering, electrical or engine-related field
• 4+ years of related experience

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm


PUNCH PRESS MACHINE OPERATOR

**URGENTLY HIRING**

Salary range: $22-29/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential

Under the supervision of the Factory Supervisor, this position is responsible in supporting the Punch Press/Machine Department.  The Operator will:
• Utilize a variety of machines, including lasers, shears, CNC brake presses, and turret presses to produce parts according to WINCO standards in quality.
• Interpret drawings, job routings, and tooling instructions
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Set up jobs/presses with little supervision
• Utilize mathematical skills daily and apply them to blueprints, templets, and other precision tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge or experience in CNC machinery is preferred
• Knowledge of electrical components and currants
• Knowledge or experience with manual presses and turret presses

HOURS OF WORK
Overnight – Monday through Thursday 2:00am – 12:30pm


FINAL ASSEMBLER

Salary Range: $18-25/hr

• Complete assembly of 2kW to 350kW generator units, including portable, air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and PTO builds
• Operate assembly-related machines and equipment such as overhead hoists, power tools, and torque wrenches
• Responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards
• Builds from blue prints or specifications while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Preform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
• Successfully and safely operate hand and foot staplers, hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to read blueprints accurately
• Must be able to operate saws, nail guns, and read a tape measure
• Manufacturing experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge in overhead lift operation
• Knowledge of electrical components and currants
• Knowledge of machine assembly with large and small components
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm


MATERIAL HANDLER

Salary Range: $18-24/hr

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Material Handler will:
• Load and unload trucks
• Place materials in bins or storage areas for various requesting departments
• Pick parts for production jobs prior to their need
• Be responsible for the counting, sorting, and identifying of parts and materials
• Be versatile & cross train in shipping/receiving along with drive a forklift

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Drive forklift or able to be trained
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge is preferred
• One or two years of forklift experience preferred
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm


SUB-ASSEMBLER

Salary range: $18-23/hr

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub-Assembler will:
• Be responsible for assembling small, moderately complicated units and components
• Read blueprints and drawings to compose proper boards and materials
• Be responsible for the tear-down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances
• Create product that will stand up to strict inspection standards

JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
• Have knowledge on how to utilize cordless drills, tape measures, and other tools required to assemble
•Have organizational skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Candidate will know how to read blueprints, drawings, and understand units of measurement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge
• Six months to a year of experience reading electrical blueprints
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
