SALES MANAGER

Salary Range: DOQ

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Sales Manager will:
• Be responsible for supervising and training the Account Management team
• Provide opportunities for development of the Account Management team by identifying markets, executing sales, and forecasting
• Support and grow the WINCO dealer base by building on existing and new relationships
• Identify areas of opportunity by monitoring tactical markets

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 Years of Sales Management experience
• 3-5 years of technical product and equipment sales
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong MS Excel/MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; written and verbal
• Ability to challenge and inspire growth within the team
• Demonstrate effective ways of coaching, training, and motivating while driving revenue
• Some travel may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of Epicor Data System

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Friday

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary Range: 40-60K/yr

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer the Account Manager will:
• Be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in assigned specific territory 
• Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and work to achieve a positive customer experience  
• Make sales visits to customers and assist them with any questions they may have thus building on long-term relationships

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong MS Excel/MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Some travel may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Electrical/mechanical knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of the Epicor data system a plus
• Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Friday

SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Salary range: $15-18/hr

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer the Sales Administrative Assistant will:
• Assist the Account Management Team with order entry and customer service
• Follow up on orders, shipments, and logistics while working on various projects and reports as assigned
• Meet deadlines and ensure orders are entered accurately
• Resolve any conflicts and providing solutions in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS
• Highschool Diploma/GED required
• Candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Candidate will have tactful, diplomatic, and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
• One to two years of Administrative Experience
• Experience with Epicor manufacturing system

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

SUB-ASSEMBLER

Salary range: $16-19/hr

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Sub-Assembler will:
• Be responsible for assembling small, moderately complicated units and components
• Read blueprints and drawings to compose proper boards and materials
• Be responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances
• Create product that will stand up to strict inspection standards

JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
• Utilize cordless drills, tape measures, and other tools required to assemble
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks
• Know how to read blueprints, drawings, and understand units of measurement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Six months to one year of experience reading electrical blueprints
• One to three years experience in a manufacturing or production setting

HOURS OF WORK
Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
