I few years ago I hired into a company and inherited a Winco PSS20000 as an emergency standby generator. It was installed in 2000, and had regular weekly exercising and quarterly maintenance. I have had to change plugs and the belt a couple of times but overall this unit has been extremely reliable for 18 years. I have never (yet) had need to call the dealer or the factory for help.

Joe, some parts for both the engine and generator have become obsolete because of the age of the product.
