Customer Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to supervise the Sales Department in developing relationships with new and existing customers. Be responsible for the Service Department and providing after-sales support to customers, including administering the Warranty Program. Identify market opportunities and provide necessary input to Engineering and Production develop products to meet customers’ needs. Provide sales forecasts and finished goods inventory targets to contribute to the production planning process. Oversee the development of customer resources including the company website, social media, literature and product manuals.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the power equipment industry. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Occasional travel (10%). Must be organized and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must be motivated and self-starting, with great attention to detail and completion of assigned responsibilities. Ability to organize requirements within the Sales and Service Departments. Supervisory experience is required.
