WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR:

 

Service Technician

Duties: Assist customers with troubleshooting and repairing generators based on sypmtoms received via telephone or email. This includes engine troubleshooting as wella s electrical generator end troubleshooting. Treat customers with complete dignity and respect. Take ownership of each product failure and help follow through until the problem is corrected. Help provide prompt and accurate feedback to the orginization. Be involved in providing continous training initiatives to improve our service networks capabilities, like troubleshooting guides and videos. 

Qualifications: Must be orginized and have excellent oral and written comunication skills. Good telephone skills - customer oriented and pleasant to work with. A strong mechanical background is required. Working knowledge of generators and generator design, basic electricity, and electrical wiring. Working knowledge of troubleshooting diesel and spark ignited engines. Ability to orginize and submit completed paperwork to the service manager. Must be motivated and a self-starter, with great attention to detail. Must have a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and MS Word. This position requires discretion and confidenttiality regarding customers' account and billing transactions, i.e. credit cards, invoices, etc.

 

Sub-Assembler

Duties: Complere assembly or sub-assembly of small, moderately complicated units, operate assembly-related machines and equipment. Be responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards, work from drawings or specifications; train or assist other operators; perform other duties as assigned.

 

Material Handler

Duties: Moves materials to using departments or loads onto trucks or places materials in bins or storage areas. Pick parts for production jobs prior to their need. Responsible for the counting, sorting, & indentifying of parts and materials. Loads and unloads baskets, racks, or conveyors. Consistantly maintains accurate product indentification and proper count. Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs. Must have forklift experience or the ability to be trained. May work in the shipping/receiving department. May load conveyors or production lines. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Final Assembler

Duties: Complete assembly of 2kW to 350kW generator units. This includes Portable, Air-Cooled, Water Cooled, and PTO builds. Operate assembly-related machines and equipment. Responsible for tear down, rebuil, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards. Trains or assists other operators. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Brake Press Operator

Duties: Must produce parts according to standards and schedule. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Must have good analytical and mathematic skills; be able to interpret drawings, templates, and blueprints that accompany each project. Requires reading gauges and other precision tools. Must have good orginaizational skils and follow direction of supervisor. Know how/learn how to set up fixtures on manual presses. Other duties as assigned.
