Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager

Duties: Set up new accounts (references, credit applications, files, etc.); analyze dealer and customer applications to determine overall credit worthiness through trade references and other credit sources. Make independent credit decisions for new and current customers. Notify dealers and customers of credit decisions in a tactful and supportive manner and continue to build relationships. Send out collection letters on delinquent accounts. Turn bad accounts over to attorneys and then work with them to help them collect, keeping recorrds of actions taken on these accounts. Apply payments to customer accounts. Set credit limits and monitor weekly. Set payment terms. Research customer invoices, payments, and credit memos and supply copies as proof to customers that accounts are accurate. Send monthly statements. Monitor all open accounts daily in a tactful, but firm, manner. Work out payment schedules and log customer notes. Update all open accounts every 2 years. Work closely with Sales to train them in A/R knowledge. Other duties as needed.

Qualifications: Pleasant but firm personality. Storng time management and orginization skills. Strong MS Excel/MS Office skills. Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal. This position requires discretion and confidentiality regarding company finacial transactions. Previous A/R or A/P experience prefferred.



Duties: Complere assembly or sub-assembly of small, moderately complicated units, operate assembly-related machines and equipment. Be responsible for tear down, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards, work from drawings or specifications; train or assist other operators; perform other duties as assigned.


Material Handler

Duties: Moves materials to using departments or loads onto trucks or places materials in bins or storage areas. Pick parts for production jobs prior to their need. Responsible for the counting, sorting, & indentifying of parts and materials. Loads and unloads baskets, racks, or conveyors. Consistantly maintains accurate product indentification and proper count. Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs. Must have forklift experience or the ability to be trained. May work in the shipping/receiving department. May load conveyors or production lines. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.


Final Assembler

Duties: Complete assembly of 2kW to 350kW generator units. This includes Portable, Air-Cooled, Water Cooled, and PTO builds. Operate assembly-related machines and equipment. Responsible for tear down, rebuil, fitting, adjusting, and aligning to close tolerances and strict inspection standards. Trains or assists other operators. Performs other duties as assigned.


Engineering Manager

Qualified applicant must have previous design and/or engineering experience. Previous management experience is preferred but not required. A robust understanding of engineering quality controls and the ability to train and enforce standards is essential. Applicant must be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Duties: Enforce engineering design standards and procedures. Ensure design projects are completed on time. Work with Factory Manager to ensure timely engineering support for production activities. Lead Product Development Committee. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee prototype testing and review complete data. Train in subordinates.
